Forward: allows you to forward the e-mail to other
destinations.
Protect: locks the e-mail to keep it from being
deleted.
Delete: allows you to delete the e-mail.
Move to Folder: allows you to move the e-mail to
another folder.
Show Full Addr: shows the addresses of all
recipients of the e-mail.
Copy Mail Body: copies the text of the e-mail. You
can paste the copied text when writing a new
e-mail.
Managing a mail folder
Your phone provides you with up to 10 mail folders
to manage your mail. You can change the folder
names or delete folders. You can also use the mail
filter feature to group your mails.
Scroll to the folder you want and press the Menu
soft key. The following options are available:
Add Filter: allows you to set a filter, which
arranges incoming e-mails by senders' addresses,
for the current folder.
Edit Folder Name: changes the folder name.
Re-Filter: allows you to arrange immediately
incoming e-mails, according to the filter set for the
current folder.
Delete All: deletes all of the e-mails stored in the
selected folder.
Reset Folder: restores the default settings of the
selected folder.
