Speed dialling
You can assign your most frequently used numbers
from Phonebook to one- or two-digit speed dial
keys in the Speed dial menu (Menu 2-4). For
details, see page 91.
Then you can dial one of the speed dial entries by
pressing and holding the number keys.
Voice dialling
Using the voice dialling feature, you can dial a
number stored in your Phonebook by speaking the
associated name into the microphone. For details
about storing a number, see page 88.
Note: Your phone can recognise only Chinese names.
To programme the phone to recognise your voice,
you need to configure the voice dialling settings in
the Voice dialing menu (Menu 8-9-1). See
page 164.
To start voice dialling:
1. Open the phone or press and hold the
depending on your setting in the Set active
menu.
2. At a voice prompt, say a name into the
microphone.
The phone recognises your command and
displays the result of searching.
