The Power menu allows you to configure the system's power management feature.

Description
Indicates whether the system's OS supports
the ACPI standard of power management.
When this parameter is enabled, it allows
some OS, such as Windows 95/98, to
implement APM (Advanced Power
Management) functions.
Defines the power state to resume to after
a system shutdown that is due to an
interruption in AC power.
When set to Last State, the system will
return to the active power state prior to
shutdown.
When set to Stay Off, the system remains
off after power shutdown.
When set to Stay On, the system will be
turned on from a power failure.
When set to Instant On/Off, the system
automatically turns off when the power
button is pressed for less than 4 seconds.
When set to 4-Sec. Override, the system
enters the suspend mode when the power
button is pressed for less than 4 seconds.
