Priority
The priority setting defines the behavior of the presence signal and comes to effect
whenever a transponder is located by the devices of more than one localization area at the
same time.
One of the following priority modes has to be selected:
None or Always include to results
o
These modes have the same effect, which is that the actual presence of a transponder
in the localization area concerned is always put out.
Always exclude from results
o
Select this mode to prevent a transponder from being signaled as present in that
particular localization area.
By numeric value
o
The transponder will be signaled as present in the localization area with the highest
numeric value set in the input field below the drop-down menu.
Epsilon in cm
A computed position will be considered implausible and therefore discarded, if this position
is farther away from an anchor/gateway than the measured distance plus epsilon. All other
positions are considered as plausible.
Minimum number of positions
This value determines the minimum number of positions required for the computation of the
visualized output value. The best of the poor results will be included into the computation in
case that the number of existing good values is not sufficient.
Position clustering
Position clustering specifies whether clusters (clouds of points) of the determined positions
should be formed in order to provide the cluster containing the best positions. The best
cluster's barycenter will be displayed as the transponder's position.
The mean of all positions determined will be computed and displayed as the location of the
transponder in case position clustering is disabled.
Discard clustered positions
The number of positions closest to the barycenter determined by the method "Average" to
be discarded can be set here, insofar as position clustering is activated.
Skip check if invalid
The "basic" mean value will be used insofar as the check does not provide a valid result
whenever this field is activated.
Epsilon in cm for check
A computed position will be considered implausible and therefore discarded, if this position
