Retest the link <= Customer Task
STEP 43
From the EMS, run the lsnwlinkinfo link status test to determine that the ports correctly come up to the
UP_OPERATIONAL status using the newly-installed optical cable.

Confirm that the problem is resolved <= SSR Task
STEP 44
Confirm with the customer whether replacing the cable resolved the problem.
If the problem is not resolved, contact next level of support.
STEP 45
In the window titled Identify LED, Select Enclosure , click the Deactivate LED button (see Figure 2) and then
close this window.
STEP 46
Close the front and rear doors.
