Required SSRs and Roles

This service procedure requires two SSRs.
This service procedure contains steps to be performed by a customer system administrator and an IBM SSR
(System Service Representative).
The customer system administrator performs the STEPs in Sections marked with "<= CUSTOMER
TASK"
The SSR performs the STEPs in Sections marked with "<= SSR TASK"

Estimated Service Time

The time required to unpack a new chassis, change out a DE chassis and package the damaged chassis to be
shipped back to IBM is about 4 hours.

Prerequisites for this Procedure

In order to perform this procedure, you will need the following information:
1) The location code of the DE to be serviced.
2) The frame number and frame serial number of the DE to be serviced.
