Charging the Nintendo DSi Rechargeable Battery Pak
1
Insert the DC plug from the AC Adapter into
the AC Adapter connector on the back of the
Nintendo DSi.
IMPORTANT: Be sure the DC plug is
facing in the correct direction before in-
serting into the AC Adapter connector
to avoid damaging either the DC plug or
AC Adapter connector.
2
Insert the AC plug of the AC Adapter into a standard
230-240 volt household electrical outlet. Be sure that
the pins are fully inserted into the electrical outlet.
The recharge indicator LED will light up orange until
the battery is fully charged.
You can use the Nintendo DSi while recharging;
however, it will take longer to recharge the battery.
When you use the Nintendo DSi while recharging,
the recharge indicator LED may remain on even when
charging is complete. This is not a malfunction.
If the recharge indicator LED is not lit, make sure
the AC Adapter is connected properly to both the
system and the wall electrical outlet.
If the recharge indicator LED is blinking, there is a
chance that the Battery Pak has not been placed
properly inside the battery compartment. Make sure
it is placed correctly and connected properly.
