Allows the operator to adjust for an out of calibration discharge
air temperature (DAT) sensor
TIME DELAY ON SECOND STAGE ECONOMIZING
While in the Economizing mode, this is the delay between ther-
mostat Y2 call and Y1-O output to mechanical cooling stage, to
allow high speed fan operation to attempt to cool space first.
