Printing with Transparent Media and Matte Finishing

[1]: Gloss printing (matte finish) on the pattern
[2]: Pattern printing
[3]: White printing for improved color development
[4]: Primer printing between the ink and the media to promote ink adhesion
Procedure
A
Create the print data and save it as a rasterized file.
Create the print data using Adobe Illustrator or some other drawing software.

Make four layers, and stack them in the order shown above.
Configure the settings for each layer ([1] to [4]) as follows.

*1: Specify a swatch for each object within a layer.
*2: "Overprint Fill" in the "Attributes" window
Create three new swatches, and configure the settings as follows.

Swatch 2
Swatch 3
Use RIP software such as SAi FlexiPRINT to rasterize the print data.

Save the rasterized print data as a file.
