18.1 Troubleshooting Trimmer or Charging Cable

Cause

► Recharge the trimmer.
► Remove the activation key.
► Allow trimmer to cool down.
► Remove the activation key.
► Do not use your trimmer and contact your STIHL
dealer for assistance.
► Allow the trimmer to dry.
► Remove the activation key.
► Allow trimmer to cool down.
► Switch off the trimmer, wait 5 seconds and then
switch on again.
► Fully charge the trimmer.
► Replace the trimmer.
► Remove the activation key.
► Allow trimmer to cool down.
► Remove the activation key.
► Contact a STIHL servicing dealer for assistance.
