    6300 Systems Tower Installation Guide This installation guide provides instructions for trained service technicians converting one or more Dell PowerEdge 4x00 or 6300 rack-mounted computer systems into a tower configuration. WARNING: The power supplies in this computer system produce high voltages and energy hazards, which can cause bodily harm.

    This tower kit is intended to be installed by trained service technicians. Rack Stabilizer Feet WARNING: Removing PowerEdge systems from a Dell rack without the front and side stabilizer feet installed could cause the rack to tip over, potentially resulting in bodily injury under certain circumstances.
  • Page 9: Recommended Tools

    The stabilizer feet help prevent the possibility of the rack tipping over when a system or other components are pulled out of the rack far enough so that the slide assemblies are fully extended. Refer to the Dell PowerEdge Rack-Mountable Solutions Installation Guide provided with the rack for instructions on installing the stabilizer feet.
