• Other add-on hardware carries the longer of either a 1-year
limited warranty for new parts and a 90-day limited warranty for
reconditioned parts or, for both new and reconditioned parts,
the remainder of the warranty for the Dell computer on which
such parts are installed.
• Headsets with Bluetooth
of either a 1-year limited warranty or the length of the limited
warranty for the Dell computer with which the headset, as
applicable, is shipped.
The limited warranty on all Dell-branded products begins on the date
of the packing slip, invoice, or receipt. The warranty period is not
extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts.
Dell may change the availability of limited warranties, at its
discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What do I do if I need warranty service?
Before the warranty expires, please contact us or our authorized
representatives according to the following table. Please also have
your Dell Express Service Code, Service Tag (etched in the bottom of
your computer), or order number available.
