DGS-3024 Gigabit Ethernet Switch Manual
This window allows you to assign a default 802.1p priority to any given port on the Switch. The priority queues are
numbered from 0, the lowest priority, to 7, the highest priority. Click Apply to implement your settings.

802.1p User Priority

The DGS-3024 allows the assignment of a user priority to each of the 802.1p priorities. In the Configuration folder open
the QoS folder and click 802.1p User Priority, to view the window shown below.

Once you have assigned a priority to the port groups on the Switch, you can then assign this Class to each of the four levels
of 802.1p priorities. Click Apply to set your changes.

QoS Scheduling Mechanism

This window allows you to select between a RoundRobin and a Strict mechanism for emptying the priority classes. In the
Configuration menu open the QoS folder and click QoS Scheduling Mechanism, to view the window shown below
