Copy the entire directory to another handset
1. Press NAMES then OPTIONS.
2. Scroll DOWN to COPY DIRECTORY
3. Scroll LEFT or RIGHT
handset you want to copy the directory to then press
OK. Screen shows
COPYING TO HANDSET X
4. At the receiving handset the screen shows
DIRECTORY? Press YES.
5. The receiving handset screen shows
HANDSET X .

Edit an entry

1. Press NAMES and scroll
then press OPTIONS.
2. Scroll DOWN to EDIT ENTRY
CLEAR to edit characters or numbers.
3. Use the keypad to edit the name then scroll
the number and edit the number.
4. If required scroll DOWN
RIGHT to hear and assign a ringtone to the number.
