Remove the fan group (see section 17.2)

Remove the burner by sliding it forward.

Assemble the burner carrying out the removal
operation in reverse order. Ensure the burner is
correctly located by lining up the locating tab
(Fig. 18.4).
Before reassembling ensure the burner gasket is
correctly located.
Warning: After cleaning or replacement as
detailed above, if it deemed necessary to
undertake a combustion analysis, refer to
the appropriate chapter Maintenance of the
installation instructions manual.

Removal of the front insulation panel

See warning note at the end of this chapter before
to remove this part.

Remove the Ignition and detection electrodes
(see section 18.2).

Do the operations of section 17.2 from step 1 to
step 8.

Unscrew the nuts J (Fig. 18.1 )and remove the
cover of the combustion chamber.

Attention: Cover the inner of the condensing heat
exchanger to avoid that dirt and debris fall in the
coil.

Ignition and detection electrodes
Assemble the new front insulation carrying out
the removal operation in reverse order.
When fitting the new panel ensure that the elec-
trodes holes coincide with the holes of the com-
bustion chamber.

Removal of the rear insulation

Disconnect the Ignition and detection electrodes.
Do the operations of section 17.2 from step 1 to
step 8.
Unscrew the nuts K (Fig. 18.1 )and remove the
cover of the combustion chamber.
Unscrew the screw L, remove the washer M and
the rear insulation N (Fig. 18.6).
Assemble the new rear insulation carrying out the
removal operation in reverse order.
