REMOVING THE BLOWER ASSEMBLY,
THE THERMOSTAT & TEMPERATURE SENSOR
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
NOTE: Sharp edges may be present.
1.
Disconnect the power to the drying cabi-
net.
2.
Remove the component panel (see page
4-2 for the procedure).
3.
To remove the blower assembly:
a) Disconnect the wires from the fan mo-
tor terminals.
b) Remove the four screws from the
blower assembly and remove it.

To remove the thermostat and tem-
perature sensor:
a) Remove the two mounting screws and
lockwasher from the shield and remove
the shield from the component panel
(see the photo in step 3 on the previ-
ous page).

b) Remove the knob from the thermostat
control shaft.
c) Remove the two screws and lock-
washers from the thermostat.
d) Disconnect the wires from the thermo-
stat terminals.
e) Slide the sensor tube out of the slotted
rubber grommet, and then pull the end
of the sensor from the other rubber
grommet.
