General Rules
Keep your machine clean at all time
Never use caustic agents to clean the plastic
parts.
At the end of your work, to prevent dust deposits
you should use compressed air (max 3 bar) to clean
out the ventilation slots.
Check the carbon brushes regularly (dirty or
worn carbon brushes result in excessive sparking
and speed faults).
This tool requires no hourly or daily lubrication
because it has been proper lubricated and is ready
to use. It is recommended to regrease tools with
gears with a special gear lubricant at every brush
change.
Cleaning
To avoid accidents always disconnect the
tool from the power supply before cleaning or
performing any maintenance. The tool may be
cleaned most effectively with compressed dry air.
Always wear safety glasses when cleaning tools with
compressed air.
For safe and proper working, ventilation
openings and switch levers must be kept clean and
free of foreign matter. Do not attempt to clean by
inserting pointed objects through openings.
Certain cleaning agents and solvents damage
plastic parts. Some of these are: gasoline, carbon
tetrachloride,
chlorinated
