    Intended use of the product EvaDrive in an add-on system to Handicare Eva Mobile lifts in order to provide a power assisted drive function to the rear wheels. The EvaDrive system can either be delivered as an accessory to be retro-fitted to Eva450EE or Eva600EE, or as a complete unit with the drive system fitted from the factory.

    Using the product Important information • The accessory must be assembled according to the assembly instructions included with the product. • The lift, with the accessory installed, may only be operated indoors on a dry and level surface. • Never leave a user unattended during a transfer. •...

    The lowest allowable safe working load always determines the safe working load of the assembled system. Always check the safe working loads for the lift and accessories before use. Contact your local Handicare representative or dealer if you have any questions.

    Operation Press the power button once to activate EvaDrive. The lift is ready for opera- tion after about 2 seconds. No load should be applied to the handlebar or the orange safety switch when the lift is being started; calibration takes place instantaneously when the the system is starting up.

    - Contact Handicare If unusual sounds are heard: - Try to locate the source of the sound. - Take the lift unit out of service and contact Handicare. The lift cannot be started - Check the battery switch. - Check battery connection.

Grasp the handlebar and hold in the safety switch, then move the lift. The lift will sense both the desired direction of travel and speed. The lift has a greater turning radius at this setting.
