PROBLEM
Constant blue light on
in dirt sensor.
Check bag indicator
activates.
Vacuum cleaner picks
up moveable rugs -or-
PowerMate ® pushes too
hard.
Cord won't rewind.
Vacuum cleaner leaves
markson carpet.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Dirt passage is clogged.
Lenses are dirty.
Full or clogged dust bag.
Dirty filters.
Blocked airflow passage.
Certain attachment tools.
Wrong pile height setting.
Suction too strong.
Dirty power cord.
Cord jammed.
Wrong vacuuming pattern.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Check for clogs in air passages.
Clean lenses.
Change bag.
Change filters.
Clear blockage from airflow passage.
This is normal. Light should go off
when tool is removed.
Adjust setting.
Select lower Power Level.
Clean the power cord.
Pull out cord and rewind.
