X11 Administration (553-3001-311)
The ADM is packaged in a molded chameleon gray plastic case 6.25 in
(159 mm) wide. It has the same profile as the basic SL-1 telephone set and is
equipped with a black faceplate.
The ADM is a microprocessor-controlled module which provides advanced
data transmission features over a wide range of data rates. It eliminates
unnecessary analog conversions between data terminal equipment and the
Meridian 1 switching network by using digital transmission over existing
2-pair SL-1 set wire.
