Gun Service Kits

Use either the 1-Quart Gun Service Kit (296980) or
3-Gallon Gun Service Kit (296981) to perform daily
flushing of spray gun without disassembly.

Clean Spray Gun

Chemicals used while spraying may cause the gun
surface to become hot to touch. Thoroughly flush the
gun block (B) with gun cleaner before removing the
valving rod (N) or mixing components from the gun
block. Also allow chemicals in the spray gun to cool
before cleaning.

This procedure makes use of the 1-Quart or 3-Gallon
Gun Service Kit.
1. Perform the Pressure Relief Procedure, page 17.
2. Set the safety lock (H) to CLOSED (SERVICE).
