Actions for troubleshooting
• Is the power plug inserted firmly?
• Is the power on?
• Did you press the start/pause button?
• Is it because of black out?
• Is the fuse or breaker cut off?
• Is it in Delay Wash mode?
• Is the faucet open?
• Is there a foreign substance in the water supply
line?
• Is the water supply hose frozen?
• Is water supply cut off?
• Is the water drain hose located too high (more
than one meter)?
• Is the water drain hose bent?
• Is the water drain hose frozen?
• Is the door open?
• Is the front of the door closed properly?

• Are you spin drying one thick or bulky cloth?

• Are the clothes intertangled? Remove the
tangles.
• If you can't detect the cause of a problem after
checking all of the above, then do not touch or
disassemble the internal parts but remove the
power plug, close the water faucet and contact
