EXAMPLE
If your vehicle is equipped with the top
strap anchorages, be sure to use the top
strap of the child restraint according to the
instructions provided by the child restraint
system manufacture.
Here is a general instruction:
1) Pull upward on the rear head restraint
until it clicks.
CAUTION
Before installing a child restraint sys-
tem in the rear seat, raise the head
restraint to the most upper position.
2) If possible, fold the seatback rearward
for easier installation.

3) Group for the anchorage positions.
Place the child restraint in the rear seat,
inserting the connecting bars to the
anchorages between the seat cushion
and the seatback.

EXAMPLE
4) Use your hands to carefully align the
connecting bar tips with the anchor-
ages. Take care not to pinch your fin-
gers.
