SECTION A - PROGRAMMING THE REMOTE CONTROL TO DIP SWITCH DEVICES
The Dip switches MUST be set to matching positions in all remote controls used to operate the same device. Follow the instructions described and shown below.

Remove the cover.
SECTION B - PROGRAMMING THE REMOTE CONTROL TO SMART/LEARN BUTTON DEVICES

TO ERASE ALL CODES FROM MEMORY
When deactivating any unwanted remote control code, all
previous codes will be erased.

Press and hold the learn button

on garage door opener or other
product until the learn LED goes

out (approximately 6 seconds).
All previous codes are now erased.
Reprogram each remote control
you wish to use.

Place the old and new remote controls
side by side. Set the Dip switches
1 through 9 to matching positions in all
remote controls. Use a pen or screwdriver
to move the switches to +, - or 0.

THE REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
The battery should produce power for at least one year. If the
green LED is dim or does not come on, replace the battery.

PROGRAMMING 2 AND 4-BUTTON REMOTE CONTROLS
To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH from a moving gate or garage door:
• ALWAYS keep remote controls out of reach of children. NEVER permit children to operate, or
play with remote controls.
• Activate gate or door ONLY when it can be seen clearly, is properly adjusted, and there are no
obstructions to door travel.
• ALWAYS keep gate or garage door in sight until completely closed. NEVER permit anyone to
cross path of moving gate or door.
To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH:
• NEVER allow small children near batteries.
• If battery is swallowed, immediately notify doctor.

glow steadily for 30 seconds.
Within 30 seconds...
1. Remove the cover.
2. Remove and dispose of the old
batteries properly.
3. Replace the batteries with the
same size and type of battery.
4. Replace the cover.
