OVERVIEW
The Remote Light Control module offers a quick and convenient way
to control the lights in your home. The module can be programmed
to a remote control, a garage door opener, or a MyQ™ Internet
Gateway Accessory. The module is compatible with up to 8
Security✚ 2.0
TM
remote controls OR a combination of up to 8 MyQ™
enabled garage door openers or MyQ™ Internet Gateway
Accessories. This product is NOT to be used for appliances.

MODES OF OPERATION
The module can be programmed to a Security✚ 2.0
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION:
Allows you to activate the
module from a remote
control.
INSTALLATION & PROGRAMMING

Plug the lamp into the module and plug
the module into an electrical outlet (the
LED on the module will flash). NOTE:
Make sure the lamp is switched ON.

Press the button on
OR
the remote control.
TO ERASE ALL PROGRAMMING
Press and hold the Learn button on the module for 6 seconds. All
programming is now erased.

GARAGE DOOR OPENER OPERATION:
Allows you to synchronize
the module with your garage
door opener light bulbs.
Example: The garage door
opener light bulbs are set to
automatically turn off after 4 ½ minutes, the
module will also turn off after 4 ½ minutes.

If the lamp is not ON, press and release
the Power button on the module to turn
the lamp ON.
Press the Learn button on

Go to "Manage Devices", then
"Learn Device" to program the
MyQ™ Internet Gateway
Accessory.

Allows you to activate the
module from a web browser
or smart phone (requires
the MyQ™ Internet Gateway
Accessory, Model 828LM).

Press and release the Learn button on
the module (the LED on the module
will light).
The lamp's light bulb will blink and the
LED on the module will turn OFF when the
device has been programmed.
