Using the Test Tones (cont.)
To adjust a speaker's volume—
(see Remote Control illustration on page 20.)
P ress the button for the speaker you wish to

adjust. The LED display on the center chan-
nel speaker will now light for the speaker
selected and the test tone will continue to
c i rc u l a t e .
P ress the volume up or down button to raise

or lower the level of the selected speaker.
After 5 seconds, the function of the volume
button re v e rts to Master Vo l u m e c o n t rol.
P ress test tone again to turn it off .

To adjust the subwoofer volume—

5 .
P ress the subwoofer button (the subwoofer

LED on the center channel speaker lights
up).
3 .
P ress the volume button to raise or lower the

subwoofer level.
Even after calibrating the system, you may
want to adjust the loudness levels of the cen-
t e r, satellite, or subwoofer channels to personal
taste. Speaker levels can be adjusted at any
time by selecting the speaker and using the
volume contro l .

To watch a Movie on DVD

P ress the T V button and press P o w e r to turn

on the TV.

P ress Boston Power to turn on the

DigitalTheater 6000 system.

P ress the V C R button and press P o w e r t o

t u rn on the DVD player.
(Note: If you have reassigned the c a b l e b u t t o n
to control the DVD player, press c a b l e i n s t e a d
of V C R)

P ress DVD /DSS to select the DVD input.
