Trouble Recovery
TIP:
The buzzer sounds only when the remote
control lever is placed in neutral.
1. Water separator-alert indicator
1. Stop the engine.
2. Remove the top cowling.
3. Remove the water detection switch lead
from the holder.

4. Disconnect the water detection switch
coupler. NOTICE: Be careful not to get
any water on the water detection
switch coupler, otherwise a malfunc-
tion could occur.
5. Remove the fuel filter from its holder.

6. Unscrew the filter cup, and then remove
the O-ring from the filter cup. NOTICE:
Be careful not to twist the water de-
tection switch lead when unscrewing
the filter cup.
