insulated and is of a volume that is not too great in respect of the power of your appliance.

7- MAINTENANCE

You must unplug your appliance and allow it to cool down properly before undertaking any maintenance.
You can clean it with a slightly damp cloth.
IMPORTANT: Never use abrasive products which may cause deterioration in the appearance of your
appliance.
We recommend that you clean the air intake and outlet grilles at least once a year; (use a vacuum
cleaner for this if necessary).

8- STORING YOUR APPLIANCE

You must let your appliance cool down properly before storing it away.
Before storing away your appliance, you'll see that it is possible to wind in the power lead (see fig. 2).
Whilst the appliance is not in use, it must be stored in a room free of any dampness.

9- IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

Never dismantle the appliance on your own. An appliance which has been incorrectly repaired can
be dangerous to the user.
Do not use your appliance and contact an Approved Service Centre if:
- your appliance has had a fall,
- your appliance is not working properly.
Before contacting one of our network's Approved Service Centres (see special local rate number at
the end of this instruction manual), make sure:
- that the appliance is in the normal operating position;
- that the intake and outlet air grilles are totally free from any obstruction.
10- HELP US LOOK AFTER THE ENVIRONMENT!
Your appliance contains many materials which can be recovered or recycled.
Leave it at a waste collection point or failing this at an approved service centre so that it
can be processed.
