Basic settings

1. Mark on the top line of the "Settings" menu. Press

Activating/deactivating the security code

1. If you would like to activate or deactivate the security code for the TravelPilot
DX-N, select "Security code". Press
A menu in which you must enter the code number will appear.
2. Mark the first digit in the code number. Press
Repeat for the remaining digits in the code number. Then mark "OK" and

If you have entered and confirmed an incorrect code by mistake, you will not
be able to repeat your entry until a waiting period has elapsed. During this
period, the TravelPilot DX-N must remain switched on. "SAFE" will appear in
the input field.

Switching the operating introduction on/off

1. If you would like to switch the TravelPilot DX-N operating introduction on or
off, select "Operations info". Press
The operating introduction is active if it is marked by a checkmark.

Activating TV/Video

If you would like to watch a TV/video source with the TravelPilot DX-N, you have to
activate the TV/video option.
1. If you would like to activate the TravelPilot DX-N TV/video input, select
"TV/Video". Press
