Introduction
ATS1170 is a low cost, compact remote arming station. ATS1170 performs all
necessary functions to control the operation of a single door. It will operate online
in a control panel system or as a stand-alone device with only an external 12 V
DC supply. Even a combination of both is possible: normally online and offline if
communication to the control panel is interrupted.
ATS1170 can be programmed to operate with one Wiegand or one magnetic
stripe card reader together with a simple Request to Exit push. ATS1170 can
hold up to 15 user card numbers. For offline programming DIP switch A must be
on — see "Basic setup and programming for offline access control" on page 8 for
offline programming.
