5. How to Service the Controller Assembly
5-1. Cautions for Service
■ Since the output terminal of the controller ASSEMBLY has AC 220 V and DC connections, avoid electric
shock while checking for a fault (wear cotton gloves while working).
■ Make sure the product is not powered on while you replace the controller and proceed with disassembly and assembly.
■ Beware of static electricity when handling the controller ASSEMBLY; carry and store it in an antistatic plastic bag.
5-2. Check Program
■ Enter the LQC mode.
1. Drag from the 3 o'clock direction on the
left to down
2. Press in the 5 o'clock direction
3. Screen changed to LQC mode
1. Wi-Fi connection confirmed
Wi-Fi device; OK and green confirmed
if not OK, Wi-Fi device displays NG and red.
2. RF module connection confirmed
ZiqB device; OK and green confirmed
if not OK, ZiqB device displays NG and red.
* ZiqB communication; OK and green confirmed
if not OK, ZiqB device displays NG and red.
ZiqB communication is tested (Paining) with a
jig by the RF module manufacturer (Union).
