Conventional trouble
Oil consumption too eccessive

If the problem cannot be remedied on the basis of the information above, please take the device to an authorized
IVT Service Center.
Trouble reason
∙ Clogged air filter (17).
Wrong oil being used, wrong
∙
viscosity.
∙ Oil level too high.
∙ Oil leaks.
∙ Worn piston rings or damaged
cylinder.

Remedy
∙ Clean air filter (17) or replace
the filtering element
necessary.
∙ Drain well and replace with a
proper oil.
∙ Fill compressor with oil to the
proper level.
∙ Check and repair.
∙ Have them repaired
replaced by an authorized IVT
Service Centre.
