tool on or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the
switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
Specific safety rules
Do not use products in spray in the space where
the heater is working. The gas coming out of the nozzle
during use may cause fire or explosion.
Do not block the inlet and outlet of the heater. May
cause fire.
Do not expose the unit to rain or snow, do not use
in high humidity. Disconnect the device from electricity
supply before performing maintenance or testing.
Before starting the machine, check that the voltage
and frequency are consistent with the parameters given
by the factory.
Never use a volatile fuel to power the machine, such
as petrol.
Use only diesel fuel or light fuel oil to supply the
machine.
If you see smoke escaping or strange odor,
immediately disconnect the unit from the power supply.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure that all
components are included. Refer to the drawings on this
manual. If any parts are missing or broken, please call
IVT assistance center.

INITIAL OPERATION

Always use the correct supply voltage: the power supply
voltage must match the information quoted on the tool
identification plate.
ASSEMBLING LOWER FRAME (6)
AND WHEEL (10) [F1]
Insert the wheel axle into the lower frame (6).
Insert the wheel (10) into the wheel axle, fix with
latch and then fix outer with washer and nut.
Fix the lower frame (6) with handle (3) and fuel tank
(5) with the appropriate screws.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS [F2]
Make sure the fuel tank (5) has enough fuel.
Plug the power cord into the outlet.
Put the On/Off switch (7) in position I.
Press the start button (8).
To stop the machine, put the ON/Off switch (7) in
position 0 and unplug the power cord socket.
WARNING! Don't turn on the On/
Off switch (7) when not to use the
machine.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Before any work on the device itself,
pull the mains plug.
Always keep the tool and the ventilation slots (if
present) cleaned. Regular cleaning and maintenance of
the appliance will ensure efficiency and prolong the life
of your tool.
If the tool should fail despite the rigorous
manufacturing and testing procedures, the repair should
be carried out by an authorized IVT customer service.
Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight, to be sure the
tool is in safe working condition.
Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.
Use only original spare parts. Parts not produced
by manufacturer may cause poor fit and possible injury.
Store the tool in a dry room out of reach of kids and
away from any flammable material.
Never wet the device or spray water on it!
Fuel filter
If the fuel filter becomes dirty, replace with a new one.
Unscrew the side part of the heater.
Disconnect the fuel line with the fuel filter, remove
the outlet from the fuel filter and connect the transparent
part of the fuel line with the transparent connection of
the new fuel filter
Place the transparent fuel line of the fuel tank inside
the slot and press the filter into the socket and plug the
fuel line to the upper filter connection.
Screw the side part of the heater.
Fuel tank
If the fuel tank has water or other contaminations, clean
and dry the interior.
Set the device on a bench, place a container under
the fuel tank drained.
Unscrew the drain screw caps and remove dirt and
water from the tank.
