A16 How do I upgrade my Key Ring Audio Player with the latest firmware?
1. Back up all your files in your Key Ring Audio Player on the computer.
2. Hook up your player to the computer.
3. At Start->Programs->Key Audio 128MB, Key Audio 256MB or Key Audio 512MB,
select Firmware Manager.
4. If the computer shows "Initializing Firmware Manager" and unable to initiate the

safely removed from the system appears, click OK. In Win98, there is no removal icon. You
can remove the player when the animation of the Key Ring player stops.
7. Now you may unplug the player from your PC. The unit should now have the firmware
upgraded.

A17 My player shows the play screen but I hear no sound
