OPERATION INSTRUMENTS

Hand brake lever

The hand brake lever
is mounted on the handle bars on the right and
actuates the front wheel brake. The adjusting screw
change the basic position of the hand brake lever (see "Maintenance").

BRAKE SYSTEM LOOKED OVER BY A
Fuel tap
The fuel tap

is located on the left side of the tank.
OFF In this position the fuel tap is closed. No fuel can flow to the carburetor.
ON When the motorcycle is running the grip is must be in the ON position
to enable fuel to flow to the carburetor. The tank will drain completely
in this position.

HE FUEL TAP SHOULD BE LOCKED WHENEVER THE MOTORCYCLE IS PARKED
IS NOT CLOSED THE CARBURETOR MAY OVERFLOW AND FUEL GET INTO THE ENGINE
Factory Start
Sitting on the motorcycle, lean forward over the handlebar, reach for the
rim and compress the fork, press the latch button
until the latch button engages in the latch ring. Let go of the latch button.
The latch button will automatically be released from the latch ring when
you compress for the first time while driving.
