ASSEMBLY

INSTALLING THE SPREADER BAR

See Figure 38 - 39.
 Take the following from the large fastener pack:
Nuts (M8) ...................................................................... 4
Bolts (M8 x 20 mm for the rear rail) .............................. 1
NOTE: The hex head bolt (M8 x 30 mm) needed for
this assembly was inserted into the front rail during rail
installation.
 Position the spreader bar at the end of the rails with the
tabs facing away from the saw table.
 Slide the tab on the spreader bar over the hex head bolt
(M8 x 30 mm) inside the groove on the front rail. Thread
two hex nuts over the bolt and finger tighten.
 Insert a bolt (M8 x 20 mm) through the holes in the rear
rail and spreader bar tab.
 Thread two hex nuts onto the bolt.
 Using a 13 mm wrench, securely tighten all bolts.
 Push rear rail end caps into position at each end of the
rear rail.

MOUNTING THE SWITCH ASSEMBLY

See Figure 40.
 Take the following from the large fastener pack:
Lock washers (6 mm) .................................................... 2
Hex nuts (6 mm)............................................................ 2
NOTE: The hex head bolts for the switch assembly were
inserted into the front rail during rail installation.
 Insert the bolts through the holes in the switch assembly
mounting plate.
 Thread a lock washer and nut over each of the bolts.
 Securely tighten the hex nuts using a 10 mm wrench.
