The headphones or speakers may have automatically switched the Bluetooth connection to
another paired device. On that other possibly connected device, disconnect the Bluetooth
connection and then try connecting with the desired device again.
NOTES:

The wireless headphones or speakers can be paired with multiple devices, but cannot connect to
two or more devices at the same time.

The operation described in this FAQ is not guaranteed to resolve the issue.
If the issue occurs, the following Suggestions may also be helpful:
Suggestion 1
Even if the connection is completed, the Bluetooth headphones or speakers connection may be
switched to a previously paired device for which a connection request was issued later.
NOTE: The following example shows the situation when the Bluetooth connection with
headphones and smartphone are disconnected.
1. Headphones and smartphone are connected via Bluetooth
2. Computer (previously connected with the headphone) tries again to connect the headphones
via Bluetooth
NOTE: Depending on the device, such as computer, a connection request may be issued
automatically. For details, see the Suggestion 2.
