Printing using the print hold function
Selecting print hold settings in the printer driver at the time of printing
Select the Print Hold function in the "Job Handling" tab of the printer driver setup screen.

"Retention" menu

The "Retention Settings" menu appears when the
"Retention" checkbox is selected.
Select the Print Hold method that you wish to use. After
selecting "Hold After Print", "Hold Only", or "Sample Print", a
"Password" can be set if desired. To set a "Password", enter
a 5-digit number in "Password".

"Notify Job End" checkbox

Select this checkbox if you wish to be notified when printing
is finished.
This function can only be used when the Printer Status
Monitor is running. If the Printer Status Monitor is not
running, selecting the checkbox will have no effect.

"Auto Job Control Review" checkbox
The "User Number" entry screen appears when the "User
Number" checkbox is selected on the "Job Handling" tab of
the printer driver.

"Default Job ID" menu
Enter a default user name and job name. These names
appear in the operation panel of the machine.
The user name can be up to 16 characters long and the job
name can be up to 30 characters long.
When you have completed the above settings, click the
"OK" button to close the window and begin printing.
