4. Connect the Printer to the Computer.
a. Get an
HP-IB
cable (HP l0833A, B, C, or D).
b. Connect one end of the
HP-IB
cable to the
HP-IB
connector on the back
of the printer. Tighten the thumb screws to secure the connection.
c. Connect the other end of the
HP-IB
cable to the interface.
Note
If the interface already has several cables connected to it,
connect the printer's cable to one of the other devices on the
interface.
