    The mains lead on this equipment is supplied with a moulded plug incorporating a fuse. The value of the fuse is indicated on the pin face of the plug. If it requires replacing, a fuse approved to BS1362 of the same rating must be used.

    • Do not put a flower vase filled with water or any small metal objects on the recorder. • Be careful not to put your hand into the disc tray.

    If this occurs, remove the disc and wait for one to two hours with the power on before atttempting playback. • Be careful not to harm the disc because the data on these discs is highly vulnerable to the environment.

    • If you want to record the disc in VR Mode and then record in V Mode, be sure to execute Format. Be careful when executing Format because all the recorded data may be lost.

    This unit can record on the following types of discs. If you want to repeatedly record on the same disc or you want to edit the disc after recording, select a rewritable DVD-RW or DVD-RAM type disc. If you want to save a recording without any changes, choose a non-rewritable DVD-R.
