2. POWER ON ERROR
No display or Not working.
2-1. IC600
1) Check 12 VA at nearby L610 pin1 on IC600.
2) If 12 VA is not checked at the point, then find 22 VA at pin7 of IC600.
3) 2) is OK. Replace IC600.

2-2. IC603
1) Check 3.3 VA at L605.
2) If 3.3 VA is not checked at the point, then find 12 VA at pin3 of IC603.
3) 2) is OK  Replace IC603.
