Chapter 7 POST error messages
Description
USB device used for USB key provisioning
will not allow BIOS to update provision file
properly.
ME firmware does not properly respond to
BIOS query for version information.
ME firmware must be updated to match
current functionality contained in the
system BIOS.
Provisioning file contained on the USB key
has been corrupted or is not a valid version
for the current ME firmware.
Provisioning file contained on the USB key is
not a valid version for the current ME
firmware.
Recommended action
Diagnostics when booting the
computer.

Apply hard drive firmware patch if

Back up contents and replace hard
drive.
