Read the "The Water
Softener (SoftWater
Technology)" chapter
carefully.
With this setting you can decide when
the water softener function should
operate:
1. Tap on the Water Softener bar.
2. Scroll the submenu bar right or left to
set:
• OFF: the water softener function
is deactivated.
• Wash: the water softener function
is active during washing phase
only (factory setting).
• Wash & Rinse: the water softener
function is active during washing
and rinsing phase.
This setting increases
the salt consumption.
3. Tap on the Water Softener bar to
return to the machine setting list or
tap on the Programs bar to return to
the program summary screen.

Shortcuts
This setting allows to bring the shortcuts
shown in the next drawing visible on the
summary screen.
To activate the shortcuts:
1. Tap on the Shortcuts bar to open the
list of the available shortcuts.
2. Tap on the bar of the desired
shortcut/shortcuts by changing the
status to ON.
3. Tap on <Back to return to machine
setting list and on Programs to
return to summary screen.
The shortcut shows up on bottom.
The shortcut
appears when the
relevant option is set.

Here you can find a short description
about all programs, options and
settings.
To find the desired description, e.g.:
1. Tap on the Machine Information bar.
2. Tap on 1. Programs bar.
