5. Maintenance / Monitoring

5.1.

Maintenance Issues

You can find the maintenance issues which should be followed in order without skipping. Throwing
one or more of the issues back will result in decreasing the service life of your device and circuitry.
Cleaning the heat exchanger
Controlling the burner and the electrodes
Balancing of the fan rotor
Cleaning the fan blades
Checking the thermostats and the sensors
Cleaning the syphon
Checking the condensate drain
Checking the pressure of the expansion vessels; filling up in case of low gas pressure
Checking the chimney leakage
Flue gas analysis and checking the quality of combustion
Gas leakage control with a leakage dedector or detergent foam after the gas valve and the
gas valve + venturi connection
Cleaning the strainer.
Cleaning the silt trap.
Checking the neutralizer plexiglass filter housing and the level of the granule content; filling
up granules up to the level designated on the housing till between the Maximum
Minimum Granule Level Indicator
Checking proper operation of the system focusing care on the sensors, modules, pumps
and 3-way motorised valves
Filling in the authorised service form
It is adviced for you to ensure the authorised service to properly and completely check the whole
issues stated above with no missing.
5.1.1. Disassembling The Side Panels
Prerequisites:
Disassembling the front panel
In order to disassemble the side panels of the boiler, primarily the screws seen on the top and bottom
be free to turn around the nails located at the back edge which is used for the connection with the boiler
