MODERATING MEETINGS
ALERTING MODERATORS TO ASK QUESTIONS
With Konftel CC200 as a participant, you can use the raise hand option to ask a question
or to draw the attention of the moderator during the meeting.
You must be a moderator to perform this task.
Do one of the following:
•
On the endpoint, click (

On the web interface, click Participants.
•
On the endpoint, Konftel CC200 displays the Menu window.
•
On the web interface, Konftel CC200 displays the Participants window.
On the endpoint, click Participants (
Konftel CC200 displays the Participants window.
Select the moderator name from the participant list.
Do one of the following:
•
On the endpoint, click Raise Hand (
•
On the web interface, click Participants > Raise Hand.
DISCONNECTING PARTICIPANTS
You must be a moderator to perform this task.
You can perform this task from the participant list.
Click Disconnect.
Select Yes on the confirmation message.
Konftel CC200 ends the meeting of the participant and closes the meeting tab for the
participants.
