OPERATION
On the web interface, Konftel CC200 displays the Recording window. On the end-
point, click Meeting Options (

On the endpoint, click Recording (O).
On the endpoint, Konftel CC200 displays the Recording window.
Click Record in one of the following sections:
USB: Save the recording on the USB device.
Network: Save the recording in the enterprise network.
Konftel CC200 saves meeting recordings in the MP4 format. The video stream is record-
ed in the H.264 format, while the audio stream is recorded in the AAC-LC format.
You can save meeting recordings on a USB device or on the enterprise network. Konftel
CC200 supports the FAT32, EXT2, EXT3, and EXT4 file system formats. When you save
the recordings on a USB device, you can transfer the recordings to an external server,
such as a generic FTP server. You must be a moderator to perform this task.

VIEWING MEETING RECORDINGS

You can view the recordings saved on USB devices on Konftel CC200 and on standard
media players.
Do one of the following:
On the endpoint main menu, click Recording.
On the web interface, click More Actions > Recording.
Konftel CC200 displays the Recording page.
Select the recording, and click Play.
COPYING MEETING RECORDINGS TO A USB DEVICE
The USB device must be formatted with the FAT32, EXT2, EXT3, or EXT4 file system.
On the web interface, click More Actions > Recording.
Konftel CC200 displays the Recording window.
Click Download Video, and follow the prompts.
