7.10 Charging of SCAN jobs

After a scan job has been completed, the number of scanned pages will be charged.
If an error occurs or the user cancels the job while the MFP is scanning, the job will not
be charged.
However, if an error occurs during the scan transmission, the job will be charged
because it has already been scanned.

7.11 Languages displayed on the MFP panel

The language displayed on MFP panel depends on the languages the MFP supports.
Please confirm the available languages in the MFP manual.
Languages that the MFP does not support cannot be displayed on the panel.

7.12 If the MFP loses power during a job

If the MFP loses power when copying, printing or scanning, the current job will be deleted.
In the case of fax reception, the MFP will keep the pages that have been received.
In the case of fax transmission, the MFP will keep the job in fax reservation or available as a
redial transmission.
8 FAQ & Troubleshooting

8.1 The Devices tab is not present

If the Devices tab is not visible in the PaperCut admin interface next to the Printers tab then
External Hardware Integration might be disabled. To enable External Hardware Integration:
1. Using a web browser, log into the PaperCut administration interface (e.g. http://papercut-
server:9191/admin).
2. Navigate to "Options -> Advanced" and ensure the option "Enable external
hardware integration" is enabled.
