How do I retrieve my backup password?

You cannot retrieve your backup password. To avoid losing access to your data, configure a
password reminder when you back up your files.

Contact profile pictures are not displayed for
incoming calls
Issue:
If you add the same device number to multiple contacts and only some of these contacts have a
profile picture, you may not see a profile picture when there is an incoming call.
Cause:
Your device only displays the caller ID of the first contact for which you stored that number.
Recommendations:
Mobile data is not supported on Wi-Fi only tablets. Please check your tablet features.
Ensure that there are no duplicate entries stored in your device or SIM card contacts. You
cannot configure profile pictures for contacts stored on the SIM card.
