SECTION 5 − MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING 5-1. Replacing Gun Contact Tip Turn off and disconnect input power. Nozzle Remove nozzle. Contact Tip Tip Adapter Tools Needed: Cut off welding wire at contact tip. Remove contact tip from tip adapter, and install new contact tip. Reinstall nozzle.
