USB Emulation mode 5 (Nintendo Switch)

The Nintendo Switch (NS) emulation mode lets the Quadstick control the Analog joysticks and
buttons of an NS controller. It does not currently support motion sensing.
A configuration file for an NS game will need to have a Preferences sheet with the
"enable_DS3_emulation" variable set to 5.
The button names are the same as the XBox names (A, B, X, Y, etc), with the exception of a
new button: "capture".
When powering up a Nintendo Switch, the A button must be pressed within 45 seconds or the
Switch will go back to sleep. Since the Quadstick will not be in the NS mode with it starts up,
the user will need to quickly select the correct game file that has the protocol emulation set to 5
and then activate the input that controls the A button. If the Switch is previously turned on with
its regular controller, the 45 second timeout is not an issue.
When the Switch is in "sleep" mode and the Quadstick is still connected, it will continually reset,
which can be very annoying. Disconnect the Quadstick from the Switch when putting the Switch
in sleep mode.
By default, the Switch will go to sleep after a period of inactivity. In System Settings, Sleep
Mode, the inactivity timer can be changed to the desired value.
